psd_add_vibrations

paarti.utils.maos_utils.psd_add_vibrations(psd_input_file, vib_freq, vib_jitter_amp)

Take an input temporal power-spectral density (PSD) function in rad^2/Hz (as expected for MAOS) and modify it to add a vibration peak with a log-normal distribution peaked at the input vibration frequency and with an integrated jitter amplitude equal to the specified value in arcseconds.
