Modified from KAI by Brooke DiGia for use on MAOS-generated PSFs. Function to calculate the ratio of peak flux in the input PSF image to the sum of the PSF pixel values. Optional plotting routine to visually inspect the sky subtraction annulus (if skysub is turned on).
